Leona - Agnetha ( Abba A Rival Producer/Manager)

Musical Theatre trained Leona was described as 'singer to the stars' in Hello Magazine 2010. Her pop credits include 3 Top 40 Hits with pop band Lemonescent. She worked with many other top Abba Acts including Bjorn Again before setting up Abba A Rival. As an International top vocalist she has supported Lulu, Brian May, Blue, Peter Andre and Atomic Kitten.

A professional choreographer as well as a singer, Leona is often called upon to choreograph west end shows and Abba A Rival shows reflect her dancing skills as well as her outstanding musical and performance talent.

TV Credits include being a judge on BBC1 " All Together Now", "Come Dine with Me" and Top of the Pops"

Andrene - Frida

Andrene trained at the Valda Hunter School of Dance and with Gillian Archibald of Motherwell College.  She has a wealth of experience in session singing, cabaret shows and singing on Scotland's gig circuit.  She has also enjoyed being a lead singer in VOWS Award Winning Wedding Band T-Junction.  She had played the lead role of Carmen Diaz in Fame at the King's Theatre in Glasgow and has toured Scotland's Theatre's with Abba Mania.  She is thrilled to be playing Frida in Abba A Rival.



Cazz - Frida/ Agnetha

Standing on the Edinburgh Festival Theatre stage, aged 15, staring into the bright lights and knowing there were thousands of people watching her sing, Cazz knew this is where she wanted to spend the rest of her life. Having been involved in multiple choirs, including madrigal, chamber and gospel, Cazz thrived on being a part of a group and harmonising. She joined an a cappella group through university, winning best soloist at the St Andrews A Capella Championship 2010. From there Cazz and 3 friends started an r’n’b girl group called Remedy. After competing in the Xfactor 2010 Remedy continued to perform and write songs together. In 2012 the girls decided to go their own ways and Cazz focused on gigging with a live band and The Glasgow Gospel Choir. Having performed across the UK, supporting artists such as Dappy, Peter Andrew and War Child at the Mobo awards she now divides her time playing mainly with a wedding band and performing with Abba A Rival. 

Steffi - Agnetha

Steffi gained her degree in Musical Theatre from New College Lanarkshire (formally Motherwell College). Steffi knew from the age of 9 that she wanted to perform after singing on the BBC’s Saturday Show. Since then she has performed at the Scottish Variety Awards in 2012 & 2013. She played the role of “Sandy” in “Grease” at the Hamilton Townhouse & “Bonnie” in “Bonnie & Clyde” at the Websters Theatre. Steffi is now delighted to be focusing on performing with Abba A Rival.





Alison - Frida

Alison studied her HND in musical theatre at Motherwell college then moved on to graduate with a BA (Hons) degree in 2010 from Hull college. Since then she has performed as a singer in different show teams and tributes world wide both in international hotels and resorts and also on a cruise ship. Alison has performed as Frida in numerous Abba tributes and is thrilled to be working along some talented performers and musicians as part of Abba-a-rival!

Lloyd - Bjorn

Lloyd McAllister graduated in Performance Music Industries with a First Class Honours Degree. He has played with Space and headlined some of Scotland's best venues. His guitar playing has been recognised by some of the industries respected and well known artists, such as Robin Nolan "Raising the Guitar flag high in the UK" , Gerry Cinnamon "Outstanding" and by Scottish Media group GoBo Photography "Infectious". Lloyd is a key member in his originals band The Fables who have toured with The Sherlocks. He also showcases his talent in his own solo performances playing Blues, Rock and Manouche Swing under his stage name Lloyd Cigano. Lloyd's enthusiasm and commitment to ABBA A Rival stems from his passion of ABBA's music which is demonstrated in his mesmerising performance. 

Deano - Benny

A self-taught piano player and singer from the age of 12 Deano, now 23 is currently mere months away from achieving an MA in Music & Theology from the University of Glasgow. His musical career so far has seen him play various Glasgow venues such as; King Tuts, o2 ABC, Ivory Blacks, Cathouse and Garage both as a solo artist and as a session musician. He also produces music and has done for various Glasgow singers as well as his own solo music.A lover of all things from synth-pop to symphonic-metal Deano's main influences as a performer include The Pet Shop Boys, Imogen Heap, Fleetwood Mac, Nightwish and Within Temptation.



Gavin - Benny ( & band leader )

Gavin McCloy is multi-Instrumentalist and technology wizard. Keyboardist / Synth Player, as well as skilled on other instruments such as Guitar, Bass & Drums. Enjoys producing music and is a bit of a technology whiz when it comes to Web design, photography, Sound. He is an absolute asset to the Abba A Rival team with his enthusiasm and appreciation of the intricate Abba Musicality.
